Ya' know those really embarrassing moments you have in life? Well, I had one yesterday. I am trying to ignore that it ever happened but it creeps into my thoughts which causes an uncontrollable shiver throughout my hippo-sized body. Well, lucky for you dear reader, I am willing to divulge the information in hopes that the thought will stop hovering over me like some dark cloud.

As a family, we met Sean's mom at the movies to see Wall E. (super cute and worth the overly priced movie experience). The walk from the car to the theatre wasn't too long but there were a lot of people and a long flight of stairs to climb. We got popcorn and a drink and headed to our seats. I had to take Roxy to the bathroom once during the movie - and two nice male movie attendants pointed me in the right direction (the handicapped bathroom on the first floor). Anyway, it wasn't until after the movie and we were about half way back to the car when Dillen said, "Mom, did you know you have a hole in your skirt? Well, two really. Oh, wait, there's ANOTHER one!" Huh? What?? Since we were so close to the car and there was nothing I could do at this point I just said, "Really? Huh. Well, don't look."

It wasn't until we got home and I looked backwards in the mirror that I realized the extent of those "holes." I think a moth had a hay day with this skirt and chose to chew away on the back side only - probably snickering the entire time. WHY hadn't I seen these before I put the skirt on?? WHY didn't I do an "ass check" in the mirror before leaving the house?? WHY didn't Sean tell me I was sporting an early moon to all who inadvertently looked my butt's way??
