Enjoying holiday lights and hot chocolate with friends; breakfast at our favorite restaurant; visiting with neighbors over coffee; hanging lights on our house and watching the reaction from our girls when we drove into the driveway at night; walking around tide pools holding hands and discovering amazing sea creatures; stopping in our tracks to see the beauty of a full moon; watching Elmo's Christmas Countdown and having Roxy fall asleep in my arms; thinking fondly of friends and family who live far away; knowing Christmas Eve is just on the horizon.
